EL RENO FAST COMMANDIQ APP PRIVACY POLICY
1. HOW EL RENO MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY (ERMA) D/B/A EL RENO FAST; COLLECTS CUSTOMER INFORMATION
The El Reno Municipal Authority (referred to as ERMA) d/b/a El Reno Fast; collects, and processes information provided directly by the Customer when they install the App and register for an account to use the App. Specifically, this information includes:

- Customer name, email address, location, and phone number;
- Browser information and session cookies related to their access and use of the App;
- Data insights ERMA attains based on correlation and analytics of their information collected in providing the App, which may be used in aggregated and dis-aggregated formats or to obtain trend analytics, to provide the App; and
- Use of the above-described collected information in aggregated and dis-aggregated formats to enhance current App or to provide App features.
2. HOW EL RENO FAST (ERMA) COMPANY NAME USES THE INFORMATION
ERMA d/b/a El Reno Fast uses the information collected as described in this Privacy Policy, including personal information, to:

- Provide the Customer with the App as described in the Agreement;
- Implement, improve and/or enhance the App, including to make future releases available to the Customer;
- Carry out ERMA obligations as described or authorized in the ERMA Fiber Internet Access Services Use Agreement and this Privacy Policy;
- Enforce ERMA rights arising from the ERMA Fiber Internet Access Services Use Agreement between the Customer and ERMA; and
- Fulfill any other purpose authorized by the Customer and reasonably required for the App.
